7In many states, including Florida, require a certified Food Manager on staff/ premise. To help facilitate this regulation, One Fat Frog offers monthly Food Manager’s ServSafe certification classes & testing. In Florida the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, requires that food handling and hygiene training must be done every 3 years. One Fat Frog’s class completes the Florida Food Manager training and testing requirement and provides certificate with passing of the test.

The Frog provides both the ServSafe Food Manager’s Class & Test, and the ServSafe Food Handler’s Class. Need to renew your ServSafe? Renewal testing and private classes also available in our classroom. Just ask us!

Our ServSafe classes are taught by Chef Jeff Rotz, CEC CCE AAC, who has over 40 years of food service experience. He served in the U.S. Navy for over 20 years before moving on to his current capacity training culinary organizations internationally.
