The whole support system of your food truck rests on the floor. In any mobile kitchen, your flooring must be waterproof and durable.

As you will note in the photo One Fat Frog Food Trucks and Tlers always uses diamond plate flooring. This is an extremely durable and Lasting material. We encourage our clients to put appropriate manner to cushion them while working.

Tip: make sure your sub flooring is water sealed.

Tip: laminate flooring is easy to tear when heavy equipment is moved on it. Beware the tear can allow water into the sub flooring.
