Great Romantic Restaurants, Part One

Alright, men, we’re getting close to one of three dates that you must not screw up when it comes to dating: Valentine’s Day. (For the record, the other two are her birthday and your anniversary.) Yes, I know it’s still January, but Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest nights of the year for dining out, so you’ll want to make the decision on where to go and make reservations early. Luckily, Orlando has some great options of where to go for the most romantic night of the year, so pay attention, guys. Today, Professor Frog assumes the role of…the Love Doctor.

Taking a quick cue from the good people at Urbanspoon, I found a few choices that may be suitable for making your lady feel loved.

-The Melting Pot: you can’t go wrong here. They have the ambiance, the service to make you feel special, and the fondue concept is perfect for sharing. The Melting Pot usually gets booked up fast on Valentine’s Day, so make your reservation early (I learned that one the hard way before earning my degree in the Science of Love).

-La Luca by Donna Scala: patrons have described this Italian restaurant as a place where a romantic night can’t go wrong. They also have the ambiance that’s needed, and the fresh smell of Italian in the air will make you craze that tasty pasta that brings that charming Disney scene to mind.

Here’s just a couple to get you started, but there will be more. We guys got to be ready this year.
