I didn’t realize frozen yogurt (or, “froyo”) was such a big deal until I moved to Orlando. My girl took me to Mochie’s in downtown Orlando and it was like walking into a pleasant cloud of deliciousness. I wanted to stick my face under the yogurt taps like Pauly Shore in Encino Man. The yogurt selection there is bonkers – I usually mix in a few flavors like peanut butter and red velvet. Then there’s the toppings: fruit, candy, cereal, nuts, various syrups, are you kidding me. Fruity Pebbles on my froyo, what’s up?! My stomach doesn’t know what to do with all this stuff!
Mochie’s isn’t the only frozen yogurt joint in Orlando. There are a ton of fantastic places to get your froyo fix around town and each of them offer their own unique flavors and toppings. Here’s list of some of them with their addresses. Yes, frozen yogurt can be dinner.
