I dig Thai food a lot – the spicier the better. In my old town in Salem, MA, I used to hit up one of two Thai places at least every other week. My favorite Thai dish: spicy bamboo with chicken. I could eat this forever, indigestion be damned.

Finally, FINALLY, I found a Thai place in Orlando that makes a mean plate of spicy bamboo: Thai House on East Colonial Drive. It’s a really cozy restaurant with seriously affordable prices. The service was great – they kept my water glass filled and they popped by the table just the right amount of times to make sure everything was alright. The spicy bamboo was FANTASTIC.
