Drop-In Refrigerated Frost Top from Atlas – great for ice cream shops (Cold Stone Creamery, Marble Slab Creamery)

Looking for one of those nifty marble slabs that places like Cold Stone Creamery and Marble Slab Creamery use but don’t know what they are called or where on earth to find them? Lucky for you, you’ve come to the right website. They are called drop-in refrigerated frost tops and  One Fat Frog New and Used Restaurant Equipment currently has two different models to chose from. Both are from Atlas Metals and both will do what you need them to do – a place to mix up ice cream with toppings! These drop-in units have stainless steel frost tops, galvanized steel outer liner and include an on/off switch and pilot light. These are self-contained refrigeration units and some even have the marble to put on top already included.  The only difference between the two models we have is the length. One measures 19-1/2″ x 66-1/2″ x 1″ and the other measures 19-1/2″ x 52-3/4″ x 1″.  So now that you have a bit more education on the subject, shouldn’t you call to find out more?
