It is with heartache that we share

It is with hearthache we must share that Eric Forg, the man lovingly known online as “Mr. Bossman”, passed away yesterday, May 6, 2009 at his home just outside Orlando, FL.   After valiantly battling stage 4 colon cancer for more than a year, Mr. Forg’s liver shut down.  He had the distinct honor of passing in his home surrounded by his caring family and an exceptional nurse from Hospice of the Comforter.

If words can express the beauty of Eric’s life then they are embodied by his last words, he said, as he said “thank you” and passed silently to the peaceful forever.   He leaves a legacy of knowledge about colon cancer and his personal journey which will be published in time.

Eric was a dearly beloved part of One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment and AIC Technologies.  During his active life Mr. Forg enjoyed many varied business ventures and travelled the world from Singapore to Malaysia, India to all parts of Europe and Mexico on business and pleasure.   He also enjoyed painting with oils and acrylics, kayaking, camping and taking trips to Montana on vacation.

In his freetime, Eric was a semi-pro paintball player and also enjoyed playing racquetball and soccer on a recreational basis.  In the past few years he greatly enjoyed spending his time with his family and was nicknamed “Clark Griswold” at all family holidays.  He is survived by his wife and two young daughters.

Mr. Forg did have plans for continued expansion efforts at One Fat Frog and we look forward to sharing them with you in time over the next year.

MEMORIAL SERVICE

Memorial Service will be held Tuesday.  Further details will be posted online and made available in the showroom on Friday.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that those who remember Eric write down their remembrance or bring pictures or other memorabilia which will be compiled into scrapbooks for his children.
