Restaurant Equipment Doctor

The Restaurant Equipment Doctor just came in and tried to use medical terminology on me.  Is there really such a thing as a ballast checker or is he pulling my leg?  You never know with all the teasing going on around One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment.  I suggested that since he didn’t have that tool perhaps he should try the old battery test method of put your tongue to the battery head.  I mean, what is the worst that could happen if he checks a ballast that way?

And, yes, he does have the handwriting to be considered a doctor!

Coming soon, pictures of the crew at Junior’s restaurant— what a great time!  Ain’t nothing like wood burning ovens and pizza made in them.  We also had “PAS-Ghetti” Galore according to the five year old?
