Are you searching google and online stores for the lowest prices of new and used restaurant equipment? I’ve done it, we’ve all done it. The thing is it looks like a great deal until you read the fine print or until the truck attempts to deliver to your restaurant. Oh, free shipping-wait a minute- it’s only available if you purchase six or more of the same ranges. Free shipping- wait but liftgate isn’t included in the price and there might be a special upcharge.
Or how about my personal favorite- trying to call customer service and never getting a human on the phone? What a great deal it is if you’re left to negotiate through problems on your own.
Sure, for a full-service dealership like One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment we’re ready to deal with the inevitable hiccups of the industry. Equipment comes in damaged, wrong equipment is shipped- it’s just the nature of the business.
