Woodstone pizza ovens, not to be confused with Earthstone (although I will be posting pictures next week of a client’s awesome Earthstone build out), burn wood, gas or coal or combinations thereof for fuel. Talk about good pizza. While wood burning is my favorite I hear that coal is even better!
